Welcome to CFK
Caring for the Kenai is an award winning environmental contest that challenges high school students to answer the question "what can I do, invent, or create to better care for the environment on the Kenai Peninsula, or to help improve the area's preparedness for a natural disaster?" This contest brings together the entire community of Alaska's Kenai Peninsula and offers over $25,000 in cash awards to area schools and local students.
This contest is co-sponsored by Chevron and Tesoro. Through their sponsorship and the support of many other organizations, this contest has been recognized on the national level. We invite you to browse this web site and learn more about why this community partnership is so successful!
